Over the past 20 years, John has built one of the most complete and successful companies in the area. John learned the trade working for a local builder and soon became inspired to found his own company. Iltis Construction has become synonymous with the highest quality and workmanship as well as one of the easiest building companies to work with.
John takes pride in every project like it is his own. From large condos, apartments, and upscale homes to minor renovations, the results speak for themselves.
Janelle Holsworth
Office Manager
Janelle was born and raised in Mecosta County. She and her husband Aaron have 3 children. Janelle joined the Iltis Construction team in 2019. From answering phones to helping guide our customers through the entire build process, Janelle is an extraordinary asset to our team!
